The Jet ski trip was booked via the hotel and transportation was on time and pleasant. I had a great time and really enjoyed the waters and the view of the volcano. In total we were on Lake Arenal for around 1.5 hours. There was a short break to swim in the lake. Josue was kind enough to take photos and videos.
We had a great time! Probably our favorite thing we did in Costa Rica! Great guide and amazing people!
What an amazing experience! Our tour guide Josue was fantastic!!! He let my fiancé and I explore the lake freely. He also pointed out some super cool sights. He was very knowledgeable about the area and learned so much history about the lake. He also took multiple videos and pictures of my fiancé and I riding around on our jet ski that look awesome!! Highly recommend this excursion.
This experience was amazing!! you have to book this experience plz make it mandatory for your next trip to costa rica hopefully u get the same tour guide me and my partner got he was a young guy very down to earth he allows u to fully get the jet ski experience and he’s not constantly bugging u he allows u to have fun and enjoy the scenery this was so fun so fun that wen it ended all it felt like was a dream for the next couple of days. I highly recommend!!!

Chris was a great guide, knew we wanted to go fast and get the full experience so he delivered !!! Made a couple of stops to take pictures and gave us a little history lesson also. All while making sure we were safe and understood the rules.
Our guide, Gustavo, was the best! We had so much fun! The lake is massive with great views of the volcano and dam. We began with a few minutes of rain but we were going to get wet anyway. Parts of the lake were choppy from the wind so it was challenging at times…which we like! Lake water very warm which was pleasant. Bring towels and a change of shirt for the AC ride back. Our driver was nice and pulled over to point out sloths and other wildlife. Very professional company. Good value.
Amazing Ride, new vehicles and very professional staff, we did the guided tour, 1 hour and 30 minutes, included the safety speech, also this company includes the transportation. Outback has an amazing adventures.
Amazing way to experience the arenal lake, our tour guide Kenneth was very kind and very informative on what each part of the island was and made us feel very welcome, he also gave us great tips on where to eat around the area! Honestly one of the best things I’ve done this trip in Costa Rica!
