Great experience. Fun boat ride. Our captain was great and very accommodating. We have visited lovely beaches and had an opportunity to swim. All was done to our schedule and our wishes were respected. Prior to departure our tour operator was great responding very promptly to our messages and answering questions. I would definitely recommend!
The boat tour was absolutely amazing – this memory will stay with us for the rest of our lives. The skipper gave us plenty of space and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire trip. He listened carefully to all of our requests and made sure we saw everything we wished for. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Montenegro!
We had the pleasure of spending a lovely 4 hours with Predrag on his boat along the coast of Bar. He was a lovely, friendly young man and made the whole experience so enjoyable. He took the three of us to some beautiful hidden beaches where we could swim straight from the boat — absolutely gorgeous and such a lovely way to see the coastline. He even provided a fishing rod, although sadly we didn’t manage to catch anything! Communication before the trip was excellent, with Predrag messaging us clearly to arrange the time and meeting point. We were also pleasantly surprised to be provided with snacks and drinks during the trip, which was a really thoughtful touch. A wonderful, relaxed day out and we would definitely recommend Predrag to anyone looking for a personal and enjoyable boat trip around Bar. Thank you, Predrag, for such a lovely few hours! ❤️
We stopped in Bar on our cruise ship and thoroughly enjoyed our day boating. Our guide took us to some beautiful coves to swim in. He was so friendly, professional and was a great host. It was one if our favorite days in the Mediterranean.

The actual experience wasn’t bad once we got going and were able to enjoy the boat ride and beaches. The issues started when our ship was delayed getting to port. The only way to communicate was through Viator. There was a significant amount of confusion and frustration in scheduling the time with the delays. Initially they told us to choose between 9:00am and 1:00pm. We chose 1:00pm knowing that we might not be able to make the 9:00am time due to the delayed arrival. When we arrived at gate 4 as instructed there wasn’t any boat or captain waiting for us as they said they would be. After more emails and “chat” messages. They said it had been pushed back to 2:00. So we arrived at gate 4 again at 2:00. Still no boat or captain waiting for us. After more emails and chats they said they told us 2:30. Which after more investigation we found they did via the viator message within their website. The only way you see their communication is if you are logged into your account on their website. Our experience with Viator was very disappointing and frustrating. We will probably never use them again for booking excursions. Our experience on the boat was pleasant and relaxing but it was hard to get past the frustration leading up to the experience.

We always try to respond as quickly as possible, and guests are also welcome to contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp, which often makes communication much easier in situations like this. We would kindly ask you to consider updating or removing your review, as most of your comments relate to your experience with Viator's communication system rather than the boat tour itself. Since this review appears on our business profile, it directly affects our rating and future guests' impression of our company. We truly appreciate that you mentioned enjoying the boat trip, the beautiful beaches, and the relaxing experience once you were on board. This was a terrible experience. The boat was small-not for 6 people. Getting on & off the boat was terrifying. The boat was backed up to the pier & it was a 3 ft jump down to get on the boat.( not an exaggeration )When I couldn’t make that jump he put a cooler there for me to climb down on & then jump on the deck. My husband could not do thatThank God he found a makeshift ramp for him to walk down & my grandson was there to help us The boat had 1 seat for 2 & then 2 tiny child folding chairs(also true) our 2 grandchildren climbed out on the front of the boat to sit. If all 6 of us were in the back we had to maneuver around each other. The boat did not have a bathroom as advertised but that was the least of the issues. It was not a boat for 6 people. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because the boat driver took us to 2 beautiful beaches. He spoke little English but he tried his best to be helpful.

Our boat is factory-rated for up to 8 people and is certified and insured in accordance with all applicable maritime safety regulations. While we welcome a maximum of 6 guests on our tours to provide a more comfortable experience, the boat is fully suitable for that number. Our skipper always assists guests during boarding and disembarking. The ramp used for boarding is a dedicated boarding ramp, designed for safe access to the boat, not an improvised solution. Regarding the seating, the boat offers shaded seating at the stern as well as a spacious sunbathing area at the bow, where many guests choose to relax during the trip. The folding chairs were simply additional seating provided for extra comfort. We also apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the toilet. The boat is equipped with a marine toilet inside the cabin, as stated in the listing. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful beaches and appreciated our skipper's efforts to make your trip enjoyable. We value all feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
This was a great experience. Pejah with UMA boat rental was very responsive when put cruise ship had a delay. He let us plan our day and we greatly enjoyed it.
