If you’re not just looking for a regular boat ride, don’t book. The whole advertisement about Blue Grotta is totally false. Took the trip, really excited from all I read about it, and I’m still waiting to see the Blue Grotta. I believe the tour guide was even ashamed of herself when all the excitement on the boat went quiet. Totally waste of time and money. Will never recommend!
Very enjoyable. We got exactly what we wanted, which was to circle the island by boat and see the sights that way to end our day. The guys by the dock are pretty intense and tried to upsell me but that’s Italy for you. 😆
Conditions were too rough for safe travel. I got terribly seasick. I really am surprised the boat did not turn over. The guide did not speak English during the tour. We were not told where or if there were life jackets on the boat.
Dear customer I guess you never been on our boat and maybe with another operator Our boat are pretty big and safe and we have English speaking guide/capt Mostly in the last few days we did had storm or something that makes uncomfortable the round trip island with our boat!!!
Very beautiful tour around the island of Capri. The boat tour was super enjoyable. Good explanations from the guide, too bad there isn't an audio guide in French to understand better. I recommend this activity.
Fun, short tour. It was exactly what we wanted for the afternoon that we arrived on Capri. There were 4 of us, and it was a nice boat ride around the island. The boat had a lot more people on it than I expected, but it was fine. I would do this tour again if in Capri.
Well done to the guys who took us on the tour; unfortunately, at the beginning at the ticket point, they couldn't understand with whom we had made the reservation; we only had the indication of Viator and not which ferry company was doing the tour. When you have little time and there are many people, it is difficult to delve into these details; we wasted time, Viator needs to organize better and provide more precise information.
We were very disappointed in our tour. We were expecting to hear a lot of facts about the island instead we heard nothing. No narration at all so it was basically just a boat ride around the island. Luckily we had printed out the description of the tour that listed a few of the landmarks but we had to guess which one we were looking at.

We make tons of ride around the island and we have a tour guide that describes all the spots where we use to take the guests….. the only spot where there are no speakers is on the bow because there are just few seats and normally is not allowed to seat there because the customers can get wet! I also suggest all my clients to seat on the upper deck where the captain is or on the stern seats!!! I wish your next time you’ll contact me a bit in advance Roberto
Comfortable boat ride. Great views of formations on Capri. White Grotto with Madonna was a surprise. Water colors in the grottos didn't dissapoint.
Truly the best experience! The boat was nice and roomy! We got snacks and limoncello. Mario made it the best! He taught us about the history of the island and took us to all the best spots! Best day ever!
Excursion essential if you go to Capri. The great thing about this tour is that it lasts 1 hour. You see the caves, the Faraglioni, and other attractions on the island. The Blue Grotto once from afar as there are always boats lining up for its occupants to enter. Everything went as expected.
