A sensory experience completely out of the ordinary, which goes far beyond the classic relaxing massage. I arrived at Bart's studio thanks to a gift, a Mindfulness Touch massage, convinced that I was simply treating myself to one of my usual moments of relaxation. I could not have imagined that I would experience so much more. I surrendered to a total treatment lasting three hours. Bart is a deep connoisseur of the soul and body: he is able to perceive the most intimate aspects of our being and enhance them through touch. Hours and days later, the effects are still a continuous discovery; what remains is a feeling of profound lightness and an authentic reconnection with oneself.

I did a Mindfullness Touch session and it was the most intense experience of my life, it's not easy to find the words to describe how beneficial it was for me, I felt positive emotions never felt before , I don't think there is a term to define them in the Italian language, a mix between the Greek emotion Charis (Pleasure of the soul and body, which creates an idyllic atmosphere) and the Turkish one Yakamoz (a moment of enchanting calm). Bart is balancing, transmits calm and energy at the same time, his massage was the best trip ever, sometimes you don't need to go far to find yourself. In 4 hours he managed to do a complete reset. I feel very grateful for this experience
