Booked this trip 6 months in advance. 2 days before an international trip, i get a Whatsapp that the cruise is out for that day for maintenance. While that is understandable, the problem is that THEY did not communicate until the very last moment. I had ZERO luck emailing them prior, my feeling is, they don't like it if you book through Viator. No idea. Still, you travel for miles and this throws a wrench. Was looking forward to it.

Halong Bay Jade Sails is a Fabulous Cruise
Booked with Jade Sails having spent some time researching. This company exceeded all expectations - luxury transport to Halong Bay, excellent lunch and afternoon snacks, crews hosting exceptional, activities and cruise around bay well organised. Would highly recommend Jade Sails for this trip.

A great day out in Halong Bay
A very good day trip from Hanoi - everything ran to schedule, including the weather. The boat was about 50% capacity so had plenty of room. Plenty of food on offer for lunch and the afternoon party kept us going. Drinks reasonably priced. Recommend taking cash to pay for trips, drinks etc

It was a good experience, jenny the crew member was very good with her services. food was very good. Photos were taken and given to us at the end as souvenirs
