I would recommend improving Tripadvisor communication, as we experienced some issues when arranging transportation from the hotel. However, we later enjoyed a very well-organized excursion, with a knowledgeable guide, excellent service, and a delicious lunch. The only slight inconvenience was the overly persistent sales approach at the leather and jewellery factory shops included in the tour.
Do not do this tour. For the first 4 hours, we saw two waterfalls for 30 minutes and the rest of the time was spent at a jewellery store and leather outlet where sales people tried to sell us items. Waste of time! The boat cruise was nice. The tour guide was not helpful and did not provide much information about the old city during that section of the tour. Hopefully Viator will find another company to use for this tour in the future.

We would also like to clarify a few points regarding your review. The jewellery store and leather outlet visits were part of the tour itinerary and were communicated to you in advance. Regarding the guide, the guide was with you throughout the entire day and provided detailed information about the Old City, its history, and its landmarks. The guide also accompanied you during your visit and explained various details about the area. We would also like to clarify that this is a sightseeing tour covering several activities and locations, rather than a specialized historical tour dedicated entirely to history and archaeological information. For this reason, we are disappointed that, after providing this additional assistance and covering extra costs and efforts on our side, we received a negative review containing points that do not fully reflect the service that was actually provided to you during the tour. It was an excellent tour, very well organized and very pleasant. Sunny was an incredible guide, very friendly, empathetic, very cheerful, and great company. It always gave tips and explanations. It was a pleasure meeting you. The driver was also great, friendly, and with excellent driving. The landscapes we saw are superb, it's unmissable. I highly recommend

This experience was absolutely lovely. We were looked after so well, saw such beautiful places, and ate truly delicious food. Honestly, I really enjoyed every moment and I’m so pleased with it all. We visited leather factory with beautiful jackets , I bought amazing quality for great price 🤑🥰

A wonderful excursion and great opportunity to see Turkey from land, see and sky we loved the cable car and boat trip the best but the experience of visiting the shopping was fantastic too. Some good elements but overall was disappointed with this tour. If you book it, be aware that a large portion of your time is taken up in a jewelry shop and a leather clothes shop. It's not a display of craftsmanship as advertised - we were herded into a sales room where sales staff chased round after us attempting hard sells. It was not a pleasant experience and was a complete waste of our holiday time.

The visits to the silver shopping center and leather factory are clearly listed in the published itinerary on the Viator booking page and were also shared with you before the tour. These stops are an advertised part of the experience and are not unexpected additions. The complete itinerary, including both Düden Waterfalls, lunch, the Old City Marina boat tour, and free time in Kaleiçi, was delivered exactly as described. We respect every guest's opinion; however, we believe it is important that future travelers are provided with accurate information when reading reviews.
Worst experience iv had mohammed the tour guide was very rude. 37 degrees outside and the coach had no a/c or they turned it off due to fuel to save money. They took us to places to buy things such as leather goods and silver jewellery so they can make a commission. On the tour you will go to two riverfalls and stay there for 45mins each then go to leather and silver shop and then lunch which youll be served one bread and two sticks of grilled chicken. All other things will be charged extra (drinks and chips) ect. If i was you id rather spend the extra £10-20 and go for a private tour with a transfer company than waste your time and money.
