Everything was good right from ticket purchase through viator app, nice and friendly app, overall total experience and view very nice except for overly charge by canteen operator at the foot of great wall for 7 pack of instant cup noodles and a small cup of coffee for RMB630. Not recommended for travellers to take breakfast at that shop, advise just go straight up to great wall if you choose chairlift and toboggan area.
Wang such a nice person, he guides us so well, from a night before until we’d done our tour. He advise us in term of timing, what to do and where should we go. Every instruction was clear. And make sure our trip was done perfectly. Highly recommended. Off record: Don’t buy anything from the shop/cafe on the top (you will passed it after you arrived at the top by chairlift). We’re having 6packs of noodles cups, 2 coffees & 4 teas, it cost us ¥640
Truly a wonder to behold! Breathtaking scenery, architectural greatness, history and a very good workout! The tobogan slude to get back is genious! Luckly we were in the hands of Dragon of the Travelbeijingguide! Truly awesome! Made sure we got on time, safe and sound! Very precise and a person of word! Thank you very much to Dragon and the group!
It was amazing experience! Driver Mr Zhang came at time, we went there, he accompanied us till cable. He gave us space, we enjoyed our time, was empty and comfy
Fantastic organization to visit the Chinese wall. Very professional. We organized the trip to visit on May 3 and they contacted me because there was rain forecast, and advised me to change it to another day. We went to an area of the wall with few people, which was thankful considering that it was the May Bridge and there were many people. The driver who took us to the wall was very professional, punctual and attentive. He walked us to the same entrance and made sure we got in without a hitch. I recommend it 100%
Everything went smoothly. The driver was extremely punctual — and genuinely one of the friendliest, most warm and welcoming people I’ve come across in China (which is a rare find!). Super attentive and kind to us throughout. Highly recommend!
What about if you don't visit gorgeous! The wall is worth the whole trip. Also super fun! Accurate info and impeccable and kind driver!

Mr. Zhang picked us up just after 8 AM in the lobby. Clean car, water and fruit waiting for the 90-minute drive to the Great Wall. We had received the tickets the night before via WhatsApp. He drove us, walked with us right to the shuttle bus. Gave us ample time to explore and was waiting for us 3 hours later at the shuttle bus with water and Red Bull. Perfect day and very nice driver. Highly recommend for a seamless visit to this magnificent site. PLEASE do the chairlift and the toboggan, much more exciting than the gondola.
