Great experience with Bilawal, whom we contacted.on the spot! We had a full day Lahore heritage, he even took us on his moto to Wagah to see the border ceremony. Very flexible, extremely knowledgeable, we got a great input of modern politics in Pakistan too. Can't recommend enough!

We booked the Lahore tour with Bilawal in May 2026. I booked directly with him via Whatsapp, he was professional, organized and very responsive. On the day of the trip, I arrived late due to traffic but he was patient and waited. He even met me at my car and exchanged information with my father who was a little apprehensive about sending my daughter and I on a tour with a stranger. Bilawal was very professional and polite. Though we were running a little behind, he prioritized our tour to ensure we could see all the monuments within the time constraints. Bilawal included plenty of detail in his explanation and history of each monument. My 10 year old daughter hung on his every word and loved hearing the stories connected to the Sheesh Mahal and the secrets of the Hammam. Bilawal included many little easter eggs in his tour that were interactive and allowed us to imagine how things might have been in the past when these buildings were teeming with life. We did not have to pay for anything whilst on the tour with him. He was well known by many other merchants and staff recognized him and greeted him with warmth which is a great sign to show his collegiality. I especially liked the way he spoke with people and children trying to sell us things, he was polite, and professional and asked them to please not interfere with the tour. We used Bilawal's services again to obtain protocol for the Wahga border visit. He was prompt and organized. We were on the list within 15 min of messaging him. My sister came to visit a few days after me and she used his services for the same Lahore tour and Wahgah border protocol list. We were all very satisfied with his services. I recommend Bilawal to anyone who is looking for a tourguide. He was very responsive on whatsapp to any questions I had about anything. I really appreciated it.
