A beautiful day, I saw the Vatican and didn't wait in line, just the security check, rightly so; the staff that welcomed me was very professional and polite, 5 stars

They welcomed us very well at the meeting point, after which they accompanied us to the entrance and from there we entered in less than 5 min; with the audio guide we followed the whole route and I must say that it was wonderful

Met with our “guide” at the meeting point… he showed us photos of what we were supposed to see in the crypts underground.. then guided us to where we were supposed to check in and left us on our own for our self guided tour. After waiting in line we were told our tickets were not valid and we needed to be with a tour guide and this was sold through a second party vendor. After trying to talk to multiple people, we then just had to get in the general line and wait to get inside. We paid for access to the underground, didn’t get it. Avoid

I went in without waiting in line, I visited the basilica, catacombs, and the popes' tombs, a wonderful thing, thank you very much.

Truly beautiful, one of the most important monuments in the world; luckily we didn't wait in line at all. We saw the catacombs, the dome, and also a digital audio guide, to be applied simply to the phone. Bring headphones and read the product description carefully.
