Extremely disappointing experience. They canceled our tour on the actual day of the tour, at the last minute, with no prior email, phone call, or communication regarding the cancellation or even properly confirming the tour beforehand. The only communication I received was a payment confirmation and information about the day of the tour. There was no proper follow up or communication from the company. Having a tour canceled on the same day with no advance notice is completely unacceptable, especially when you’ve planned your day around it. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration and choose a different tour company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this tour group.
The truth is we relied on a single vehicle that morning and weather did not permit it,, and we didn't have a backup time. That was on us. And because of your experience, we changed how we source transport. We now work only with registered certified drivers and look at weather more carefully, so a this circumstance doesn't end someone's day again.
