ケープタウンは南アフリカの南西海岸に位置する活気ある都市で、素晴らしい自然の景観、豊かな歴史、文化の多様性で知られています。 ケープタウンからアガラス岬へ向かう途中。
ランガはケープタウンで最も古いタウンシップの 1 つで、アパルトヘイト体制下で南アフリカの黒人の移動を規制することを目的とした 1923 年の都市化法の結果として 1927 年に設立されました。「ランガ」という名前はコサ語で「太陽」を意味しますが、植民地支配に抵抗した 19 世紀の酋長、ランガリバレレに敬意を表したものでもあります。
カエリチャは南アフリカ最大のタウンシップの一つで、ケープタウンから約30kmのところにあります。1983年のアパルトヘイト時代に設立され、アパルトヘイト時代の南アフリカの黒人の強制移住の結果として生まれましたが、今日カエリチャは人口密度が高く、活気のあるコミュニティであり、貧困、失業、インフラの制限などの課題に直面しているにもかかわらず、成長を続けています。
サマセット ウェストは南アフリカの西ケープ州にある町で、ケープタウンの東約 50 km に位置しています。 アガラス岬へ向かう途中にあります。
カレドンには豊かな植民地時代の歴史があり、その建物のいくつかではケープ・ダッチ様式の建築を見ることができます。町の歴史は農業と絡み合っており、この地域の初期の開拓時代には重要な中継地点としての役割がありました。
ケープ・アガラス ケープタウン市から南東に 3 時間 アフリカ大陸の最南端、ケープ・アガラス。ここは、暖かいインド洋と氷のような大西洋がぶつかる場所です。険しい海岸線には、21,000 種を超える湿地鳥やさまざまな種類の海鳥が生息しています。多様な海洋生物がいることから「海のセレンゲティ」と名付けられたケープ植物王国も、ケープ植物王国の一部です。世界で最も植物が豊かな王国です。約 2,000 種の植物がこの地域に生息し、100 種以上が固有種です。滞在中は、海岸平野を散策する時間がたっぷりあります。南アフリカで 2 番目に古いケープ・アガラス灯台を訪れることもできます。灯台の頂上まで歩くと、街と下にある博物館を鳥瞰できます。
ヘルマナスでは、ツアーはヘルマナスに向かって続きます。趣のある海岸沿いの町で、南アフリカのホエールウォッチングの中心地でもあります。毎年 6 月から 11 月の間、海岸沿いのホエール トレイルからクジラを見ることができます。ヘルマナスは南アフリカの美食の町としても知られており、ツアーが南東のエリムに向かって続く前にここで昼食をとることができます。
ベンゲラ ベンゲラ コーブは高品質のワインを生産することで知られています。この農園のブドウ園は、ウォーカー湾地域の涼しい海洋性気候の恩恵を受けており、ソーヴィニヨン ブラン、シャルドネ、シラーズ、ピノ ノワールなどのブドウ品種の栽培に最適です。
ストーニー ベティーズ ベイはケープ タウンから東に 1 時間ほどの海岸沿いの町です。1800 年代後半には捕鯨基地でした。その後、珍しい住人であるアフリカ ペンギンで有名になりました。ペンギンは 20 世紀初頭にストーニー ポイント ビーチに定着しました。これにより、ストーニー ポイントは本土の 2 つのペンギン コロニーの 1 つになりました。ペンギン ビーチを散策し、ペンギンを間近で見る時間もあります。

Spectacular visitor consistently rave about the windswept coastal scenery one said”great long day full of local experiences views from the windy lighthouse was great.as were the stop for penguins and whales at hermanus and our guide had extra’s knowledge of whales, We will like to recommend Leon for this tour he is the best tour guide See you again next time Leon.

This was a fantastic tour. The pick up time was later than originally stated. At first I thought great, but unfortunately we had to take wine tasting away in order to see the penguins before that closed. We paid for the wine tasting so that was wasted money. We also didn't have time to climb up the lighthouse. Either the pick up time should have remained the same, or our wonderful guide should have moved the time limits for each place to a shorter time frame.

A perfect way to explore another side of South Africa. Leon was an ideal driver/guide/photographer! He did it all in a friendly polite and informed manner. The itinerary is well curated and executed. It’s a full day, but with plenty of variety and of course the not to none missed visit to the real southernmost point of Africa! Highly recommend Leon and this tour.

A perfect day to tour Cape Agulhas , watch the Penguins, check out Weinery and drive through endless breath taking sceneries along the coastal high way. An over all memorable day with Guide Leon and his meticulous plan. He was well mannered, patient and shared a wealth of information through out our drive and our conversations were deep.
