Great snorkeling experience and to top it off we saw spinner dolphins and humpback whales.. Crew was above great, boat was clean and food was excellent. Highly recommend.

Note: They do NOT take you to Molokini Crater and you snorkel off of the West Maui Coastline. We booked very last minute and Gemini Sailing happened to have an opening so we were super excited about it. The snorkeling is mainly to see turtles, the boat captain said if you don’t see turtles, you are snorkeling with your eyes closed 😂, which we agreed, we saw 5 turtle up close and it was a super cool experience. Tho I would say… there weren’t THAT many fishes and the fishes were not colorful. I feel like it’s more of a kid-friendly snorkeling adventure. After the snorkeling, we went straight to whale watching and this part was amazing!!! The crew on board knew so much about whales!!! We got up close and personal to the whales and seeing them was super magical! The staff crew were all very friendly and nice. They offered good snorkeling l tips, and had defog for snorkel gear. They also had sunscreen available in a dispenser if you forgot yours. AND may I say, their lunch was incredible, the chicken served on the boat was soooo delicious! Thank you Gemini Sailing for such an amazing experience!

We highly suggest taking this whale/snorkle tour! We have been to Maui a few times and have been with a few different companies (all amazing) but we wanted to explore the north coast of Maui this time. This tour was fun because you got on the boat from the beach and had the best hot lunch on ship. We have been on other tours where it was more snacks rather than lunch (and for a 4 hour boat tour, this was nice). The staff was very friendly, and they are a one-boat operation, so it was nice to contribute to a smaller company.

Perfect way to spend the day. Spotted many whales, who swam up to the catamaran. Crew was knowledgeable and informative, and a high level of customer service. Safety and rules were a top priority. Snorkeling at the Mala Historic Wharf was good - turtles, manta rays and many fish around beautiful coral reef. Good quality equipment. Boat was comfortable inside and outside. Lunch was good. Great trip for anyone and reasonable price for the hours and service.
