Jamaica is such a beautiful place. I was taken aback by the prices initially. I was unaware that I had only purchased transportation for $110. But was quickly informed by our driver Tracy. Tracy was AMAZING. She quickly helped us get prepared for the excursion. She drove us to the nearest ATM and explaining how much the excursion would cost for us as a family. But, in my opinion the excursion was not worth $200. They charged us for our 4 year old who sat in my husband's lap. In our opinion she should've been for free. $60 for adults $40 for children. But I will say we had a great tour guide (Travis). Unfortunately, we will not do this excursion again. Overall, Tracy made us feel extremely welcomed and at home. She made our experience 10x's better. She even took us to some local spots to get whatever we were craving. Book with Tracy on your next visit to Jamaica, you wont be disappointed.

The best part was leaving.
The music was so loud that we could not talk. The girls like swimming but the boat ride was a cattle call. If you are drunk on close to it will be all you could ask for.

I am sorry to see you had such experience, you never make mention of it before. Unfortunately I have no control over what happened but to I will speak to the manager there. It the first time I took someone to the luminous lagoon and they had an issue with anything. Thank anyway for using my services and I look forward to your return so I can make it up to you 😃

Awesome!!
Tracy is the best tour guide ever. She goes above and beyond. She did such a great job helping me with my shopping experience and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have the pleasure of visiting Glistening Waters. Thanks again Tracy, you're the best!!!

Montego Bay transport, Tracy with Juju tours
Tracy is amazing. She has become apart of our family. The level of care is beyond words. First used to take me for round of golf at Cinnamon Hill. I was so impressed that we used her services to take family to Luminous lagoon. We had so much fun we went next day to Montego Bay for souvenir shopping and cultural trip to learn the true Jamaican ways. Our son has disability, cerebral palsy, and she made sure he was involved and cared for. He even helped us get medicine for son who got stomach ache...jamaican food a bit too spicy for him. She knows locals and make sure your protected and ensure you have an amazing trip depending whatever you want to do. Tracy will make your dreams come true. We will be back and we will only use Tracy for travel/excursions. 5 star service!!!!!! Much love to you Tracy!

Tracy is the best!!
Meeting Tracy was an absolute pleasure. very polite and professional. Very pleasant to be around, kind and patient. She kept smile on her face at all times which made us feel extremely comfortable.
