Don’t think twice and book this tour! It was honestly one of the highlights of our time in Delhi. Jai, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. He took us to places we never would have been able to find or experience on our own, and I really appreciated how seamlessly he navigated all of the communication along the way. From the rickshaw rides to the little unexpected touches—like receiving flowers at the end, everything made the experience feel very special. Old Delhi and its neighborhoods can definitely feel overwhelming, especially if you’re visiting for the first time, but having Jai with us made everything feel easy, comfortable, and seamless. I’m so glad we decided to do this tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi!

Informative, organized, and approachable. It was a fairly priced experience and a thorough walk through the neighborhood with a true expert. He was also able to answer broader questions on Indian history and culture with ease.

We had a fantastic experience with Jai. He was very knowledgable, and shared lots of interesting history of Old Delhi. He showed us around the area by foot which was a great way to experience it, we were thrown into all the vibes, hustle and bustle, and positive chaos which made it feel so authentic. We made stops to drink tea, visit temples and chat with locals which was nice. I really recommend this tour, walking is far better than experiencing it on a rickshaw!

Fabulous way of exploring the historic Old Delhi! Jai is extremely knowledgeable and whisked us from spot to spot while providing interesting context. The spice market was a real highlight and boy was I sneezing. Really enjoyed this tour and especially appreciated the fact that he came to find us in the other side of the metro station when we got lost.

Usually on free walking tours you learn a lot about the local culture, traditions, religions, and history of the place. We hoped this will be the case too like we will learn about different periods of New Delhi, at least the basics like who founded it, what was the city’s purpose and history and the stuff like this. The guide was happy to show us around interesting local places but not very helpful in getting quality knowledge. He was more focused on making the point that the British are devils responsible for all the underdevelopment of India: both the modern one and the pre-British one. So overall the guide was kind and it was a nice walk but we didn’t learn much and had to do another trip to get the more factual information
