Such a unique experience! We had a great guide, Alex, who was very friendly and helpful. She even recommended a place for dinner after the tour. The kennel was fascinating, and we learned so much about dog sledding and the Iditarod (the owner and staff at the kennel have personally done the Iditarod)! The dogs were so sweet, and the sled ride was really fun and exceeded expectations! We were happy to be supporting the dogs and their mushers. I would definitely recommend this tour, unless you’re not a dog person. If you’re not a dog person, I think it might be overwhelming.

What a wonderful day!!! My daughter and I learned so much about the Iditarod and Alaska from our tour guide Alex! She was full of information on our ride up to Alaskan Husky Adventures. We even had a chance to stop for ice cream on the way. She explained the experience we were going to have and all about the wonderful owners and employees. When we arrived it was more than we could have imagined. We had a nice small group and everyone was so personable and friendly. You know they love what they do the second you meet them. We had so much time getting to know all is the dogs. The ride was so fun! It was an unforgettable day!!

It was a great day! Our tour guide was excellent; she made the experience relaxed and interesting. The Sled Dog Kennel was great-all their staff were very friendly too! Would highly recommend for a sled dog experience!

Absolutely our favorite experience of our Alaskan adventures. This is the best way to do it and I could not have been more in love with every single one of those dogs. The mushers/guides were so cool and taught us so much, we enjoyed every second! Tip-definitely bring bug spray in the summer!

Dress for Fun , Messy Dog sledding. NO GUCCI or PRADA David was Adventure guide host and phenomenal. Alaskan Husky Adventure was awesome , friendly , knowledgeable. Great Fun !!!

Frontier Tours owner , David, is an excellent tour guide and is so knowledgeable about Alaska. Our family learned so much about the history of the Iditarod, the mountains and much more. Alaskan Huskeys Adventures sled dog ride was amazing and Matthew gave us so much insight about running the Iditarod with his huskies Jane, South Carolina

We had a great experience. It was a lot of fun. Alex was a wonderful tour guide and was very knowledgeable. We stopped for delicious ice cream on the way which was a great treat. The sledding was amazing. The staff at Alaskan Husky Adventures were so nice. They truly love their animals and take good care of them. Dane was our musher. He gave us a lot of information on the Iditarod. We would do this again and highly recommend it.
