We had the pleasure of travelling around Sri Lanka with our tour guide Thilina for 10 days, and the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He made us feel incredibly safe the entire time, which was especially important while travelling in a new country. His driving was careful and professional, and we always felt comfortable and well looked after. His knowledge of Sri Lanka was outstanding. Everywhere we went he shared interesting history, cultural insights, and local recommendations that really helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited. It added so much more to the trip than simply seeing the sights, including a birthday cake for my sister! What we appreciated most was how flexible and accommodating he was. Whenever we wanted to change the plan or focus on things that suited our interests, he happily adjusted the itinerary for us. Instead of pushing us to do typical tourist activities we weren’t interested in, he made thoughtful suggestions that matched what we actually wanted to see and experience, which made the trip feel much more personal. After a lot of research, we chose Aerizo Tours for our honeymoon, and it was the best decision we made. They went above and beyond to make us feel special, even arranging surprise flower decorations and treats at our hotels. We did the 'Adventure' package mixed with some beach time. Hiking Little Adam’s Peak at sunrise was a highlight, followed by a train journey through the highlands that Aerizo booked for us well in advance (the first-class tickets are hard to get, but they managed!). It felt like traveling with a local friend who knew all the secret spots away from the crowds. Professional, romantic, and perfectly executed.

They organized incredible surprises for us, including a private candlelit dinner under the stars in the Cultural Triangle and a sunrise hot air balloon ride. The pace was perfect—romantic and slow when we needed it, but filled with wonder. The boutique hotels they recommended were stunning and felt very 'Sri Lankan' rather than generic luxury. We left with a heart full of memories and a camera full of breathtaking photos

I booked a custom 7-day trip with Aerizo specifically to visit Wilpattu and Yala. The team was incredible at coordinating with the best jeep drivers in the parks. My guide Chanaka was very patient, understanding that I needed extra time at certain spots to get the right shot of the leopards and birdlife. They know the timing of the parks perfectly. Even outside the parks, they pointed out amazing birds and lizards along the road. Truly a personalized service that understands specific interests

Our main goal for visiting Sri Lanka was wildlife, and Aerizo Tours delivered. They organized amazing safaris in Wilpattu and Udawalawe, and our guide was an expert at spotting animals we would have missed on our own. The drive through the tea plantations in Nuwara Eliya was a highlight—breathtaking views and great local tea stops. We appreciated their commitment to ethical tourism and their deep respect for the environment. A truly authentic way to see the natural beauty of the island!

It was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed a lot. Our driver Chan was amazing. He was a very good guide and companion for 10 days. He was enthusiastic to fulfill all our needs. Whatever we said to him (whether it is any specific site or food) he remembered them and made sure that we received those experiences. Highly recommend this trip, especially Chan as the guide.

We're just back from a 17 day tour of Sri Lanka, organized by Aerizo. Since I was traveling alone with my two 12 yr olds, I was quite anxious about our safety, accomodations, and having a kid-friendly experience. From my first contact with Malki through to our airport drop-off we received an excellent level of service. The accomodations were really well selected, and Dan our guide minded every detail of our journey to ensure that we were comfortable, and that we got the most out of each day we were there.
