The team were extremely professional and friendly, and we got to experience the Zambezi River in a whole new light. James, the captain, adjusted the difficulty level to suit our needs and tolerance for thrills; as the water was too cold, he didn’t let the boat capsize and us fall in, at our request.

We just had an incredible day with HSM, white-water rafting in the morning and a rhino safari in the afternoon, with a lunch break to visit the Livingstone museum in between. Howard, the owner, deserves special thanks. He was quick to respond, flexible with our wishes, and made sure every detail was taken care of. With HSM, we felt safe, cared for, and free to simply enjoy two unforgettable adventures. The rafting was a thrilling mix of adrenaline and stunning scenery. Captain James was phenomenal—experienced, calm, and kept our boat safe the whole way while others around us capsized. A safety kayaker shadowed us the entire time, and another paddled alongside just to capture incredible photos of the action. The teamwork was impressive, and honestly, I would have gone again the very next day if I had the time. The safari was a peaceful, but just as beautiful experience. We got to see eight rhinos (including 2 mothers with babies), along with elephants, zebras, giraffes, and herds of impalas. Our guide Cesar was friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole experience was easily the best value for money around.
