Booked and expected a personal meet and greet as described. Upon arrival at what we were told would be our meeting spot our driver was not there. Not having phone service we continued to wait and eventually got phone service and connected. Our pick up time was noon . We were told to meet him outside near Uber pick up. We refused and eventually he came into airport 25 minutes later. We then had to walk to parking lot for the vehicle. The drive to London was good and no issues with his driving.

Super nice driver, very professional. Our first time using Viator and we were very impressed very easy process. We will definitely use Viator in the future. We only used the car service this time, but we will definitely use it for a shore excursion.

Booking Specifications Ignored - No Response from company
Driver was wonderful, however the car was not suited for the passengers & bags, 4 guests 4 carry on + 04 checked - specified from booking.
Contacted the company and they did not respond.

You booked an MPV5 vehicle for your journey. However, you were travelling with eight suitcases, which would not reasonably fit in the luggage capacity of an MPV5.
For this amount of luggage, a larger vehicle or van would have been required. Unfortunately, the vehicle selected at the time of booking was not suitable for the number of passengers and amount of luggage.
We kindly recommend checking the vehicle and luggage capacity when making a booking to ensure the selected vehicle is suitable for your requirements.

Not what we were expecting…
Our driver drove his own car. It was dirty and needed to be vacuumed terribly. Our luggage barely fit in the back of his car. He drove with the windows down, and only offered AC after 30 minutes of driving. We only had 10 minutes left of our trip at that point.
I was expecting a more professional experience.
