You will need 3 apps to get to use your tour: the Viator to order the tour, the Tourific to actually operate the tour, and finally a navigation app (Tourific does not provide navigation). In short - even if the tour itself may be interesting, the whole experience is shifty.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us, and I'm sorry to hear the overall process felt disjointed. You're right that booking through Viator does mean an extra step, since Viator handles the transaction while Tourific powers the tour itself. That said, I do want to mention for future reference that Tourific tours can also be purchased directly through our own app or website, if you'd prefer a more streamlined process next time. I also want to clarify one part of your feedback: Tourific does include a built-in map within the app that works offline once downloaded, using your phone's GPS to help guide you between stops, so a separate navigation app shouldn't be necessary. If that wasn't clear during your experience, or if it didn't work as expected for you, I'm sorry for the confusion this caused, and I'd love to understand a bit more about what happened so we can improve. None of this changes the fact that the experience didn't meet the standard we aim for, and I appreciate you flagging it. Feedback like yours genuinely helps us do better. We believe in doing right by our customers, so if you could share your booking details with us, we'll go ahead and arrange a full refund for you. I do hope you'll consider giving Tourific another try in the future.
