Our family of 4 had a lovely time with Lou as our guide. The half day tour was enough to see the highlights without being overwhelming for a 7 year old and 12 year old.
Thank you for your lovely review! We're so happy your family enjoyed the tour with Lou. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Lou. We hope to welcome your family back to Switzerland again soon!
Zoie McKenzie was an excellent tour guide that filled our walking tour with so much history and what life is like in Lucerne. We highly recommend Zoe and this tour!
Thank you for your lovely review! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your tour with Zoie and appreciated learning about Lucerne’s history and local life. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you again soon !
The walking tour was a very different way to see the area. The scenery was lovely and we got to see an area we had not been tour. Our tour guide was a lovely young girl who had a passion for the city.
Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so glad you enjoyed discovering the area on foot and experiencing its beautiful scenery from a new perspective. It’s wonderful to hear your kind words about your guide as well. We hope to welcome you again soon!
Beautiful countryside and lakeside walking experience. Nice walking trails, but reasonable hilly. Would recommend.
Thank you for sharing! We’re so glad you enjoyed the lakeside walks and the beautiful Swiss countryside. The hills do add a little challenge, but the views make it worthwhile! We’d love to have you back for more trails and adventures.
First visit to Lucern and we scheduled a private walking tour of Old Town as well as 2 local chocolate tastings. Lou was our guide and she was amazing! She was very knowledge and was able to provide extra commentary on other places for us to visit while on our own in the city. Lou - thank you for a wonderful afternoon filled with a history of Lucern and delicious local chocolates!
Thank you so much for your lovely words! We're thrilled you enjoyed your first visit to Lucerne—and even more so that Lou made it memorable with history, chocolate, and great local tips. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to her. Hope to see you again in Switzerland soon!
Our tour guide was great! We paid for a 4 hour tour and only received 2 hours and 15 minutes. In view of this, we are reimbursement for the short fall.
Thank you for your kind words about your guide, we’re so glad you enjoyed their company! We’re truly sorry to hear the tour was shorter than expected. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we completely understand your disappointment. Please feel free to contact us if you haven't already. Thank you, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the near future.
Tour was amazing! Madeline was so knowledgeable. She took us on a great route. It was really good with the kids, especially right after the flight from the states!
Thank you so much! We're so glad you had an amazing time with Madeline. So happy to hear the kids enjoyed it too. Hope to see you all again for another Swiss adventure soon!
Beautiful area. Tough walk uphill but worth the effort. Perfect day for a scenic walk. Dave was an excellent tour guide explaining as we walked
Thank you for your feedback! We're happy that you enjoyed the day tour with Dave. We hope to see you again soon!
Madeleine was wonderful! Accommodated our every request. It was informative and fun.🤩 the villa walk was an easy trek but brought us into beautiful gardens and scenic sites of the lake.
Thank you for your lovely feedback! We're thrilled to hear that Madeleine made your experience enjoyable and accommodating. It's great to know you found the villa walk both easy and scenic. We hope to welcome you back for more beautiful adventures soon! 🤩
We did a private walking tour around the lake and were able to see how much beauty there is without a lot of people around. Would recommend it highly! Ezra was an amazing guide and went above and beyond for us and answered all of our questions.
Thank you for sharing your experiences on your tour with Ezra. Wishing you many more fun adventures. With best, René Welti
