This is the 2nd time we have used Prem's Luxury . We found them to be very professional and reliable. Ambrose (our driver) contacted us the day before we were due to arrive with information about what we should do when our flight arrived and how to find the car. Unfortunately we experienced an extremely long line at passport control, Ambrose was very understanding and never made us feel like we had to rush or caused us any extra stress. Prem's Transportation never charged us anything extra for waiting (we paid the price originally quoted). When it was time to go back to the airport Prem's contacted us the night before to confirm all the details which we found very reassuring and then contacted us that morning with expected arrival time at our hotel. We never felt rushed and the driver was slightly early which was great. We would would highly recommend Prem's Luxury Transportation to friends and family and are planning to use them again for our next trip.

We used Prem’s Luxury Transportation for our transfer from LaGuardia Airport to our hotel in Times Square, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our driver, Ambrose, was professional, courteous, and welcoming. After arriving in New York, it was wonderful to have our transportation already arranged and to be able to simply relax and enjoy the ride into Manhattan. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, and Ambrose made sure we were well taken care of throughout the transfer. His service was a great start to our NYC Divas Weekend, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and personal attention. I would definitely use Prem’s Luxury Transportation again when visiting New York and would happily recommend them to others looking for reliable, professional private transportation. Using Prems luxury travel for airport transfers was the best decision I made. Travelling as a family of 4 with lots of luggage it took the stress out of waiting in a taxi queue or taking the air train and subway to our hotel in Times Square. Communication with Prem to arrange our transfers was very prompt and transparent. Our driver Ambrose contacted us 24 hours prior via WhatsApp and gave clear instructions about the meeting point and his car details. The vehicle was big, clean and comfortable. Ambrose provided us with water. He was very professional, gave us tips about NYC and pointed out famous landmarks on our journey. Our return journey was an early morning drop off back to JFK. Prem was our driver. Communication was very smooth and he sent us GPS tracking so we knew what time he would arrive. Prem is a gentleman and I will definitely be using his services in the future when I come back to NYC.

Booked round trip, LGA to Time square hotel. Communication excellent emails back and forth, upon landing texting, great communication, Ambrose picked us up gave us lots of good info and Raj returned us to LGA days later waited outside hotel for us, kind efficient. I used this company five years ago glad still in business and very professional. Can’t wait to come back to NYC.

Great experience from start to finish. Booked direct with Prem who kept us updated before travel day. We were met at JFK by Raj and Ambrose picked us up for the return journey, both were really friendly and kept us entertained on our journeys. No stress at all. We were picked up in comfortable and clean vehicles, and there was nice cold bottles of water waiting for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely be our first choice next time we visit NYC!

We booked through Facebook quick and easy. Had used on our last visit and this time booked for transfers both ways. Pick up from airport was easy and dropped right at hotel. Transfer back to airport was just as smooth. Excellent communication for bookings and for pick ups. Would 100% use again so much easier than navigating the city with luggage and completely stressed free. We had Ambrose on both journeys and couldn't have asked for better. Worth every dollar.
