It was the biggest highlight of our family trip to Italy. An amazing overall experience from beginning to the end. They were the most sweetest hosts. The snacks were a nice touch and our kids were so happy swimming in the water seeing all the beautiful fish. It was also a very nice boat. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience.

This was exactly as described and lots of fun. The guides were kind and informative. My kids loved the swimming and snorkelling where they saw lots of fish. It is lovely to see the towns from the water. It is a great way to escape the summer heat. They offered unlimited drinks and a yummy snack!

An all-around successful excursion! We were out along the Cinque Terre today with Linda and Francesco and can recommend the boat tour without reservation. The boat is modern, very clean, and comfortable. During the trip, we received a lot of exciting information about the villages, the coast, and the region. We especially liked the two swimming stops with the opportunity to snorkel, as well as the fine aperitif on board. Linda and Francesco are warm hosts who ensure a relaxed atmosphere with a lot of passion and good humor. Our boat tour with Shakti was one of the highlights of our trip to Cinque Terre and an experience we'll remember for a long time. One of the best things about this tour is the size of the boat. Unlike the much larger boats carrying huge groups of people that we saw throughout the day, this luxiourous boat felt much more relaxed, personal, and exclusive. It created a calm atmosphere where everyone had plenty of space to enjoy the incredible coastline. We were incredibly fortunate to see dolphins swimming alongside the boat, playing in the waves just a few meters away. What made the experience even more special was how respectful the crew were towards the dolphins. They never chased or disturbed them, allowing the animals to approach naturally, which made the encounter feel even more memorable. As it was my birthday, the crews and my partner arranged a little surprise for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the day even more special. It's little touches like this that really set the tour apart. Throughout the trip we visited all of the Cinque Terre villages while learning lots of interesting facts and local history. Both of them were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone was included. There were two small groups on board, one at the front and one at the back, and both crew members ensured that everyone received the same information and attention. Wine and soft drinks were available throughout the tour, and the crew regularly topped up our glasses before we even had to ask. The snacks they served were also delicious and made the experience even more enjoyable. These thoughtful details made us feel genuinely looked after. We also stopped for a swim in the clear water surrounded by plenty of fish, which was a refreshing break. The fresh-water hose on board to rinse off the salt afterwards was another small but appreciated touch. The food provided was enjoyable and perfectly suited the trip. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. The combination of a small group, stunning scenery, knowledgeable crew, thoughtful service, and unforgettable dolphin encounter made this one of the standout activities of our holiday. We would highly recommend Shakti to anyone looking for a more personal and relaxed way to experience the beauty of Cinque Terre.
