Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about, but everything around it was terrible. The boat to island Nisyros was extremely hot. Nowhere a cooling place and even their own staff indicated that they were extremely hot. Once on the island we had to get on the bus. The description said they had air conditioning, but this was absolutely NOT the case. The bus was full of overheated, sweaty people without any breeze of fresh air. Luckily we had a hand fan with us, because this was the only thing that kept us going. First we stopped at the entrance of the volcano. Fortunately, the terrace was shaded, but due to the heat and missing cooling moments, it was simply no longer possible to view the volcano. We sat there for an hour and then back in the BLOODING HOT, unventilated bus. It was very hot that day and they thought it would be a good idea to walk through the city for 10/15 minutes to eat. Almost all afternoon sat on the terrace, because that was the only place with a fan (no air conditioning). Girlfriend with diabetes almost collapsed from the heat, causing her sugar to fluctuate too much. Organization of course does not control the weather, but if you offer that there is air conditioning .. make sure air conditioning! You cannot sell that the tour is open to everyone when there are no cool spots / cool moments. People who have an underlying medical problem simply cannot participate in this. Tip: Nice tour. Friendly staff, but don't book this trip if it's warmer than 20/25 degrees!

Attention scams the best (the first picture) you will not see during this trip. There is no stop provided in the most beautiful place on the island.

We went on a day trip to Nisyros. The journey by bus worked out wonderfully. Although we booked in English, we were accompanied by a German-speaking guide. The crossing was super beautiful and very stormy that day. Our German-speaking guide was called Michael, and he spoke enthusiastically about the island, Greece, Poseidon and Greek history. We had 2.5 hours to spend in the small town around the harbor. In the early afternoon we took the bus to the volcano. We had a 45-minute stop there, which was really enough. The return journey by boat also worked out wonderfully... we were back in the early evening and looked back on a successful trip.
