Akeno was our driver. Very friendly and played all the hits! Turbo was our rower/dancer/masseuse/and entertainer. No one does it like him!!! He made the bamboo raft experience so much fun.
The bamboo rafting was unique and swimming in the fresh stream was great! I felt that the tour was too short for what we paid and the locals selling things were very aggressive surrounding our van which made us feel unsafe compared to other tours where the locals selling things gave us our space. I had issues with the pickup point which delayed our start by an hour.
Beanie was a great guide and very knowledgeable! This is a great way to see the locals and hear their stories of recovery after the hurricane. Akeno was a great driver to and from our location to the rafting. Bring some extra cash to support the locals by purchasing drinks and items from the vendors. You can also upgrade the massage experience to waist down or full body for an added tip. Bring tip money for your raft guide and driver. Jamaica is full of great people!

My family and I booked a rafting experience. Nevardo brought us there safely where Maron took cared of us. He gave us our safety and equipments, gave us our safety tips and took us on our tour. The experience is exactly what the pictures portray! Our captain was Marlon Brown, he did more did guide us, he educated us too! The driver for Zulu was awesome as well. Believe it not the food was purchased on the river! The food was exceptional!
They tour is strictly about money! They do not care about their customera experience. They are after money! They charged my account twice and refused to refund my money.

The company’s cancellation policy clearly states that cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity qualify for a refund. Your first booking was cancelled in time and, according to our records, a refund should have been processed by the company handling payments. As we are a third-party contractor and do not process payments directly, please contact Viator to confirm the status of that refund. For your second booking, the cancellation occurred within 24 hours of the activity. In keeping with the stated policy, refunds are not guaranteed within this timeframe. We understand how frustrating this can be, but there is absolutely no fraudulent intent.
What a great tour! Our tour guide was amazing and Knowledgeable. . He told us the history of the limestone and what it is used for. The limestone massage was pretty cool. I would recommend this tour to my family and friends.
