The tour was not as represented and the guide was not aware of Our needs nor was he proficient enough to be a true representative drive of Roma. Culture or geography to help us. Not to put too much blame on him, but my wife and I never believed he understood the assignment beyond driving us around in a golf cart. Syne we msunderstood offer but we expected that over the course of two hours plus, we would be visiting three or four food places (cheese, cold cuts, pastry and then wind up at the wine tasting. And that he would have had a route that took us to those places. That’s what we had seen in nearly every other tour of this kind d. So we were surprised and disapppinted when he asked us where we wanted to go for the time until he dropped us off at the wine tasting and moved on to another client. We are very unhappy and after using visitor for several years have lost trust I. You and probably will not use you again for our needs.

The fact that you expected a completely different tour does not mean that the service provided was not as described. It simply means that the product was not reviewed carefully before booking. Our guide carried out the service exactly as planned, accompanying you on the golf cart tour before bringing you to the wine tasting venue included in your reservation. The itinerary was flexible by design, allowing guests to customize part of the sightseeing experience according to their interests. We regret that your expectations were based on assumptions rather than on the tour's actual description. We did this tour with two other couples and had an amazing time. The golf cart made sightseeing easy and fun (and gave us a break from all the walking!). This golf cart tour combined the best of Rome’s sights with a delightful food and wine stop—and we loved it. We treated ourselves to the private cart tour with food & wine tasting and were not disappointed.
