It was amazing views of the sunset and the staff was so friendly and attentive! Great for the whole family! Lunch was delicious.

It was a great experience and we enjoyed our time, we felt the boat a bit too crowded. The staff was amazing and the food and drinks were excellent.

We had a spectacular experience on board the catamaran. From the start, the crew was very friendly and attentive, making sure we enjoyed every moment. We sail along the beautiful coast of Guanacaste, with breathtaking views and a relaxed atmosphere. We snorkeled in crystal clear waters and were even lucky enough to see dolphins along the way. The food and drinks on board were delicious, all perfectly organized! Undoubtedly, a must-see tour for those visiting Guanacaste. We would repeat it without thinking twice!

Booked this online and it was canceled. They said I could ask for a refund and am now left jumping through hoops. The company made no efforts to contact us, reschedule, or otherwise make it right. Zero stars for that company - as another company that had a boat down for maintenance was able to reach out to us almost immediately, apologizing for the inconvenience and error and comped us a cruise the following day. I understand that things happen - but how a company handles it is where they have the opportunity to do right by the customer. This is the THIRD Viator cancellation this week - and this half of the review is for them. I’ve got two charges on my credit card for boat rides that didn’t happen. Refund them immediately or I’ll work through AMEX to get the money back. Also I will NEVER do business through Viator again and will warn others about our experience. There are a lot of great tour operators out there and Viator is putting them in tough situations and ruining vacation plans. Stay away from Viator - look the company up and call them directly. The operator gets all of the money that way vs sharing it with a poor computer based company with no face.

The boat ride was calm and the staff were very friendly and kind. The food was great as were the drinks. We saw dolphins at sunset and had a great time snorkeling in a small cove. Several people enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and the kids played on a floatable mat. Great experience!

Amazing experience onboard the Panache Catamaran. The crew were friendly and approachable and made the afternoon great for everyone. The sunset was spectacular m, highly recommend!

Tour guide Elias Ovares y driver Diego Sandi were a dynamic duo! It was a long trip but they kept it fun and entertaining! Elias has a wealth of knowledge and made time to stop along the road to show us things in order to better understand the Tico life. For those who have visited the country you will know that driving the Costa Rica highways is not necessary easy to do but Diego did and excellent job get us to our destination safely! This tour was so amazing to see such beautiful wildlife, exotic flowers, and just take in the Costa Rican Pura Vida life! Food was excellent on this tour! Must have a “Superman” drink at the hot springs spot!
