Tour travel and destinations were great. But tour guide spoke very poor English and was very difficult to understand. Nothing personal and don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings as guide seemed like a good person. But a well spoken English language tour guide would make this a 5 star tour. As it was, I have to give only 3 stars. Sorry.

Brilliant Tour from start to finish. Glacier, icefield amazing. Very information staff throughout Tour.

Van was in terrible shape with the mic system poor. Description of the trip were missing key facts. Itinerary was wrong. Cory of the trip was overpriced based on the experience.

This was amazing. We the Ice Explorer and Skywalk. Amazing views. Our driver Rolan was awesome. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Pickup stated 8:30 am pickup when purchasing this experience and remained so in the Viator app. On the day of the experience, I waited over 45 minutes and almost left before the operator’s driver showed up at 9:00 am. I received a non-apology from the operator after I notified them of the poor/non-existent communication.

Unfortunately, of the 4 tours we did this week in Banff, this was our least favorite. The day felt very rushed. While I appreciate that the guide did his best, not being from the area seemed to make a significant difference. There wasn’t much history shared like we received from others as well as advice along the way. He was very excited to take everyone’s pictures which was very kind, but it felt forced sometimes when that wasn’t what guests sought. I’d suggest trying to pack less in the one day, and maybe adding music to the ride.

We had an amazing time! Sam our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helped us take the best pictures! My only complaint is with spotty phone service we weren't able to receive the message for the short window for ticket purchase for the ice fields. Although disappointing Sam took us to some amazing places to make up for it. We enjoyed everything!

We had a wonderful experience on the Columbia Icefield tour. We were picked up right on time from Canmore by our tour guide, Tony, who was friendly, accommodating, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. The drive was smooth from start to finish, and the entire tour was well organized. Since the Columbia Icefield tour involves a lot of driving, I think it would make the experience even more memorable if more stories, history, geology, or interesting facts were shared at each stop. Learning more about the landscapes and how they were formed would have made the long drive feel even more engaging and educational. Overall, it was a fantastic full-day tour with breathtaking scenery, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Canadian Rockies. Thank you, Tony, for making our day enjoyable!
