Our guide did a really nice job enabling us to see a large number of sights in a limited amount of time. We were on a layover in Abu Dhabi and he got us back in time, as promised, to make our flights. He did a great job taking extensive photos as well.

The guide didn’t provide much history or information about Abu Dhabi or the sites (and some of the information provided seems to be inaccurate based on my research and information provided at the sites themselves. This may have been due to a language barrier. It also felt very rushed. Understanding this was a layover tour but we lost time driving to sites that I had said I wasn’t interested in.

Regarding the pace of the tour, your flight delay reduced the available time, and the guide adjusted the schedule to ensure you could visit the main attractions and reach your connecting flight on time. We did not receive prior instructions to skip any sites, which is why the full itinerary was followed. We appreciate your comments and will use them to further improve our service. My experience was amazing! Although my flight was delayed but they accommodated accordingly and I was still able to explore Abu Dhabi. Also our guide Usman was really kind and nice, and helped us out a lot. Would totally recommend!

Full day tour, with a duration of 10 hours!! A memorable day, visiting places of stunning beauty, such as Qasr Al Watan (Presidential Palace) and Grand Sheikh Zayed Mosque, among others. Zeeshan, our guide, contributes greatly to our satisfaction with the tour, a very kind, humble and patient person, which reduced the language barrier, in the face of our difficulty with English and his lack of knowledge of the Portuguese language. In the end, with his very goodwill and the use of translator everything went well. Note 10. I highly recommend!!
