Excellent- everything worked perfectly and smoothly. Highly recommend to purchase the skip-the-line tickets for the fastest way to enter the basilica.

Very difficult to find the entrance. Instructions were not clear. Need to be more specific on where to go

The ride was great but, in the tour where it states what’s included, it reads “gelato” and we didn’t receive no gelato,

The tour director told me to meet at St. Peters Square. That's it! St. Peters is bery big and many people. I called Viator wjen I got there and were not able to help. I asked the vendor for a refund since I wasn't able to use the tickets since the omves they sent me did not have the required QR code. What a mess and a mistake. I difn't skip the line but waited in line like everyone else. I still have not heard back from the vendor!

We arrived at meeting point as directed after receiving several confirmations and reminders. When we got there, along with about 50 other people, we were notified that our tour had been canceled. Very disappointing as this was our only opportunity for this tour and could not find other options.

The Vatican Museums are a true treasure, and the Sistine Chapel is something you must see at least once in your life. I was amazed from beginning to end.

It didn’t happen… waited with others , checked voucher and received my sticker to go in and it was cancelled as museum was closed . All last minute

I just showed my voucher on my phone to the host at the green meeting point. No need to print anything. The host exchanged our vouchers for the actual tickets and we were off. The whole process was digital, fast, and modern. Great for tech-savvy travelers

Our entry was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and the host was there at 9:45 AM ready to go. They explained the security rules (no big bags, shoulders covered) before we reached the gate, which helped us breeze through the metal detectors. Very well-coordinated service that respects your time.

We saw hundreds of people in the 'general admission' line that didn't seem to be moving. With our host, we had a specific time slot and were prioritized. The transition from the meeting point to the Gallery of Maps was seamless. It’s a small price to pay for a much better experience.
