We did not even get to ride and we was there. There was no one there. The fountain show lasted 3 mins.
Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify the situation for future guests. The ticket was accidentally booked for the same day instead of the intended travel date. We issued the ticket from our side, and as this is a non-refundable ticket, we also tried our best to change the travel date, but unfortunately, the change was not possible. Despite this, as a gesture of goodwill, we provided a 50% refund from our side. We understand your disappointment, but the booking-date error was not caused by us, and we made every possible effort to assist you. Therefore, we believe this review does not fairly reflect the service provided by our team. We appreciate your understanding.
