I have done this type of activity many times, every time I have a visitor. And it's the first time I've been dissatisfied. There are 3 rows, so if you touch the middle one, you can't see anything, and you get disturbed all the time when you pass (the boat is very small). The show lasted 3 minutes and they do not make it complete as on the other boats. The same guy who does the dance, he's then rationing the food, and not being a free buffet, he builds some awesome lines. And of the little variety that there is, it is easy that you arrive and there is not something, nor is there cutlery to serve the salad, and using the plastic fork it splits and the cubs themselves fall into the salad... a disaster. The included drink - something orange that no one gets to drink - is disgusting and tastes like paracetamol, it is impossible to drink it. They give it to you to order juices or something and it is charged separately 10 AED, they serve it to you without warning that they will charge you (you have to read the ad well to anticipate this). The bathroom is very dirty. And since it's so cheap, you can imagine the kind of people who go... To say the best, the waitress and waiter are nice. But I wouldn't come back for free.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience caused. We would like to mention that we had properly guided you beforehand. However, weekends can be quite busy, and due to the rush, occasional issues like seating discomfort or parking may arise. That said, this is not the experience we aim to provide. Regarding the ice cream and juice concern, we have investigated this matter. The serving staff involved had been previously instructed not to serve any items without clearly informing guests about additional charges. We have now strictly warned them that if anything is served without guest consent, no payment will be accepted from the guest, and we will ensure closer monitoring moving forward. As for the food and hygiene, we take pride in maintaining high standards. Our food quality is usually one of our strongest points, and the washrooms are regularly kept clean. It seems that due to the heavy rush on that day, our team may have missed maintaining those standards, and we sincerely apologize for that. We will make sure this is improved. We truly value your feedback and would like to invite you again to experience our service at its best. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to offer one complimentary guest on your next visit. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to serve you better in the future. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the experience was not as stated on the offer. Equipment is not like in the photos. Plastic is just thrown over boat. 1. wrong map address...beware 2. Boat photos from inside not as indicated 3. Plastic is simply thrown over boat 4. Power generator running in the boat (exhaust gases) 5. Polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery 6. Instead of 2 hours only 1.5 hours of driving....
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we truly regret the inconvenience you faced during your cruise. We would like to assure you that our cruise vessels are generally well maintained, and we have not previously received complaints of this nature. However, we take your concerns very seriously. Your points regarding the map location, interior presentation, temporary plastic coverings, generator operation, dining ware, and cruise duration have been carefully noted. Please accept our apologies if any safety coverings or operational arrangements created discomfort or gave an incorrect impression. These measures are sometimes used temporarily due to weather or operational requirements, but guest comfort and safety remain our top priorities. We are currently reviewing your feedback internally and will conduct a proper investigation to understand what went wrong during your visit. Your comments will help us improve our services further, as we continuously strive to enhance the guest experience and maintain high service standards. Once again, we are sorry that your experience was disappointing, and we appreciate your honest feedback. Kind regards, Good Sky Tourism
Pathetic experience overall. The boat was in very poor condition, the toilet was smelly, and the food quality was the worst. Definitely not worth it.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience fell far below expectations.
