They canceled my tour and now you want a review? I understand one of the lakes was closed but you offer your client an alternative. Very disappointed!! Called customer service and they were no help just reading off a card like a robot. Still waiting for my refund .
Both lakes were stunning but I wish we had had more time to hike along the shores. 1 hour and 15 minutes felt tight each time, especially given the crowds. Our driver was friendly, but did not provide any added value to the trip. He just drove us to each location. Also, the seats in the bus were extremely uncomfortable. I have long legs, and I just didn't fit. I had to sit with my legs angled into my husband's space. Overall, I am glad we went, but the service and comfort was below what we were expecting.
Comfortable coach with an easy drive and plenty of time to see both lakes. Great scenery and good narrative both ways

It’s a great hassle Free way to see the two Lakes. Don’t have to worry about parking or park Passes.
Beautiful lakes. Average bus trip. I would have liked more information before the trip, such as how long we’d have to explore in each place & which we’d visit first etc. Would have liked longer at Lake Louise to hike up to the tea rooms - knowing in advance that this wouldn’t be feasible would have allowed me to choose another tour provider. The bus driver was a poor communicator & didn’t address the group at any point: didn’t introduce himself or confirm which tour he was hosting, nor what time we needed to meet back at the bus for the next leg of the journey or return. As a basic ‘to and fro’ this was adequate but there’s much room for improvement.
Transportation to Lake Louise & Lake Moraine no tour guide. Very easy to park in pkg lot. There’s a washroom & refreshments there. Bus drivers are organized & courteous. We hiked to the Lake Agnes Teahouse.
Very beautiful trip, efficient, informative. Easy to find the pickup location, and dropped off at our hotel in the end
