Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the weather and limited visibility were disappointing, but we do need to clarify our cancellation and refund policy. Our policy clearly requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or refund requests. This policy applies to every guest equally and is in place for a reason. Guests who are concerned about weather conditions have the option to contact us within that 24-hour period to cancel or reschedule their ride. Unfortunately, choosing to wait until the last day and then proceeding with the reservation does not qualify for a refund. Weather and mountain visibility can change, and while we understand that this can be frustrating, we cannot make exceptions to our stated policy after the cancellation deadline has passed. We’re sorry the conditions did not meet your expectations, but the refund policy was in place at the time of booking and was applied accordingly. We believe it is important to be consistent and fair with all of our guests.

As for traveling with young children, we welcome families and understand that infants and young children may occasionally become upset or restless during a longer mountain journey.
