After an initially confusion re pick up we had an interesting morning learning about the history of Colombo and visited many historical spots, a drive past Pettah markets , the Lotus Tower and a stop to see the amazing mosque . A quick stop to a gem store to admire sapphires and other valuable and non valuable stones. Definitely recommend this tour
A Tuk Tuk tour is the ideal way to see Colombo’s sights, from the bustle of Pettah market to the historic Galle Face Green, taking in ornate temples on the way and also stopping for snacks or souvenir shopping if you wish. Vilan is an expert on the city’s history and all things local. Zipping around in his Tuk Tuk is incredibly convenient and much quicker than going in a car. Don’t hesitate to book this guide!

Great tuk tuk ride with friendly and helpful tour guide. Muslim guide is preferred. Cheaper souvenirs at Pratha market .. so hopefully tour guide can go there first instead of Lakarcade shop.. but yes auality is better at high end place for shirts and some of the items
