My son and I rented a regular bike for him and a e-bike for me over Labour Day weekend. Customer service was great, the staff were patient and flexible, the bikes themselves were great, and the location is an easy ride to Mount Royal.

We were on a sister’s trip and wanted to sightsee on our own on E-bikes. It was a great choice because of the warm temperatures that day. It easy to ride with the many bike lanes and google maps will guide you as you are traveling.

They did a wonderful job of matching me to a choice between a road bike and an E bike. I chose a road bike due to the unfamiliarity with how an e-bike might give bursts of speed in the Montreal traffic. The bike worked very well. I only have small issues. First, they seem to have somewhat limited hours for the summer, 10 AM-5 PM. Second, especially in the heavy traffic of Montreal, I felt like the bike should have mirrors (as I do at home). To be fair, I did not realize This deficiency until I was on my way to explore.

Lovely way to explore the city, good bicycles, locks provided (helmets too but we don’t like to wear them), basket. We went fm Plateau to the islands, Atwater market, downtown and up Mo t Royal. Recommended!
