Suttle to famous lakes and tips recommended by tour guide. Enjoyed the trip on a smooth van drive and sightseeing the rockie mountains

Shaun was a wonderful driver & tour guide! He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, and did a great job adapting despite there not being a tour guide present (which was not his fault). I appreciated his humour & friendliness as well! It was also very reasonably paced to see each of Lake Louise & Moraine Lake in 1h15 each. You wouldn’t be able to canoe or do any major hikes, but I found it a very reasonable amount of time to wander around, take in the views & take plenty of pictures.

The tour was informative and fun. David kept us entertained with many historical stories. The amount of time at each stop was just right. The bus was comfortable and had bathroom facilities . I highly recommend this tour.

We went on the bus on June 24 at 8:25am in downtown of Banff with the experienced and humorous tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and told us all about the mountains and lakes histories. Very great memories with the tour. And it was much cheaper than the same tour at other companies. Very on time. Don’t forget to take with you water bottles and some snacks as we were done the tour around 2:30pm. Very hungry. You also can get some snacks and coffee at Moraine Lake but so expensive and long wait, we got one piece of banana sandwich, a small bottle of water, and a small hotdog at 23$. Otherwise everything is perfecr and worth the money. We also tip the tour guide when he dropped us back in downtown. He deserved it.

We had an amazing experience with David. He was so knowledgeable and shared amazing stories& facts about the Mountains. He has got an amazing sense of humour too.

It was awesome! Driver Dave, was very knowledgeable and engaging. Prepared us for each stop, recommending how to approach the sight in order to best use our time.

It has been a great trip maximizing our time in Banff area by evening. Shuttle departed by 3.30 pm (decades due to some issues with vehicle). Parking behind Canalta lodge or at train station (plan 15 minutes to walk to pick up point). Muskal is a great guide and driver. Very prompt in replying to our message as to her ahead of the trip.

We were really happy that we chose this shuttle. Although it was meant to be just a shuttle without a guide, our driver David was more like a tour guide on our ride to both lakes. He shared historical, geographic and fun facts along the way. We had an hour and fifteen minutes at each lake and we found this enough time to explore each one. Moraine Lake was our favourite and we were happy that David encouraged those that could to climb the rock pile. Would recommend this shuttle service.

Our driver, Shaun, brought our 4-star review to a 5. The prompt pickup, clean bus, timely schedule, and arrival at both locations was as expected. We had a glorious day to explore both magnificent locations 🤩. Review would have been a 4 since the bus air conditioning did not seem to work well (but was tolerable and not the fault of the driver), and the co-host who was meant to narrate the drive was not present (again, not the driver's fault). Shaun did a great job when it was safe to jump on the microphone and point out significant landmarks with historical or economic context (wildlife corridors, Castle Mountain, etc.) yet was wise to prioritize safe driving. We would make this reservation again. Very grateful to have gone to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Our pickup time was 2pm in Canmore.
