Nothing like the description. No wifi and no air conditioning. Minibus was full to capacity and people moaning instantly that they couldn’t sit together and had a seat with no leg room at all. We only got 25 minutes free time in Yerevan - you can’t do anything in 25 minutes. No time to eat anywhere, no drinks available and no clear instructions where toilet facilities were and meeting times so people were very late at every stop - thought there was going to be a fight in the mini bus with some customers and the guide. Not pleasant !!!!

It was a very interesting trip with a real sense of Armenian history. The next day was also a long journey starting early in the morning, which was tough, but it became a good memory.
