We booked a private tour for three people, but the vehicle provided was a subcompact sedan, so it felt quite tight. The driver was transportation only, not a guide, so don't expect information about the sites.
We also lost my daughter's sunglasses after leaving them in the car. We can't say what happened, but we recommend taking everything with you when you get out, even water bottles.

For private tours, our standard vehicle assignment is based on group size. Groups of up to 3 guests are assigned a sedan, while groups of 4 or more are provided with an SUV or van. We understand you requested a larger vehicle after the tour had already begun. Unfortunately, changing vehicles at that point would have caused significant delays to your itinerary, so we proceeded with the original arrangement after having a conversation with you.
Regarding the sunglasses, we immediately checked with our driver and team after being notified, but no sunglasses were found in the vehicle. As part of our standard procedure, any valuables left behind by guests are turned over to our office, so we would have gladly returned them had they been located.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Bohol for a better experience.

Great, except sudden rain

A Day in Bohol
We had an enjoyable time at the Chocolate Hills. The trip to the Tarsiers Sanctuary was a surprise because the place was closed. Where was the disconnect between Viator and the local tour operator? Luckily, the guide/driver brought us to a different site where we still enjoyed looking at the tarsiers. The Loboc River Cruise was great and the food was good.

Good day to visit highlights of Bohol
Rhene was a very informative driver and guide, taking us to the key spots and organised everything for us when we arrived at each tour site. He was very good at pointing out to us any interesting landmarks during our drive so we learnt more about Bohol and its origins. A very tiring but rewarding day and pacing was good, starting with the Tasiers, then Chocolate Hills before finishing off for lunch on a river cruise. Thank you so much - we had an enjoyable day!

A day as in the books
We did the day tour and enjoyed every second of it. So many new memories, lovely people, everything is well arranged! My favorite thing was the zip line and the river cruise.

Perfect day tour in Bohol!
The car was super comfortable, Rhene, our guide, so nice and interesting. He made a couple of reccomendations that we enjoyed a lot and he made all the stops that we suggested. And the spots and itinery of the tour were very very nice. Totally reccomendable!

Experience was great...
Experience was great overall a lot of travel, was a bit of a mix up in booking and itinerary as many places were closed due to public easter holidays, Rhene was an exceptional driver though
