Tickets issued by third party (not the zoo) requiring clicking a link to select a timeslot - which one would assume is a booking! However everyone arrives and it is still first in first serve - so arriving much earlier would be beneficial. We waited over 1 hr in a very long line for a 25min tram ride, where we did see some wonderful wildlife roaming free. Too tired to take advantage of any of the other walking trails though!! Great to do but I wouldn't do it again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed seeing the wildlife during your visit. We would like to clarify that the tickets provided were valid and issued through an authorized ticketing partner. The time slot selection was required by the venue's booking system to manage visitor capacity and admission schedules.
However, queue lengths and boarding times for attractions such as the tram ride are managed directly by the venue and may vary depending on visitor numbers on the day of your visit. Unfortunately, we do not have control over operational waiting times once guests arrive at the attraction.
We understand that the waiting time impacted your overall experience and limited your ability to explore the additional trails and attractions available. We appreciate your comments and will share this feedback with the attraction operator as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the guest experience.
