Lovely! we had a bit of wind in the morning so check the weather if you need to bring a jacket. we were lucky to be in the boat without music, helped everyone relax more bring with you: Snacks, towels, flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses and you are ready to go coffee on board was delicious so totally recommended

Really enjoyed this trip, was fun, not rushed. Pick up was right outside my hotel, booked for 8.25am so had time for breakfast. It was little late (10 minutes) not an issue, just a heads up. The sea swims were refreshing but not in a cold way. The temperature was perfect. Nice amount of time to spend in Paxos, to leisurely eat. The restaurant wasn't expensive. Also some tourist shops although I didn't go to those. There was no beach or anywhere to swim. The caves were incredible to look at. Geology is not my subject but these caves made me wish I knew more. My only issues were it was hard to hear the guide (maybe the volume needs turning up), and I'd like to have heard more about the mythology. Returned back to my hotel. Ideal amount of time for the day trip. Very enjoyable day.
6 hours on a boat in the open sea for only 1 hour of swimming in a cove that isn't that beautiful, packed with tourist boats, and 2 hours on the island which is far from enough to visit; we only have time to walk around the port where there are just restaurants and souvenir shops. On the boat there are clearly more people than there are seats, it is not comfortable, we are all on top of each other. It is clearly not worth it, keep moving!

Beautiful scenery, pleasant boat but they accept too many people. Not sure if there are life jackets for all the passengers... Trips too long: more than 2 hours 30 minutes to reach Antipaxos and on the return from Paxos, about the same duration. Good music but a little too loud, especially on the return trip where most passengers tend to fall asleep, even if the seats don't really allow for it...

In my opinion, it is a very tedious experience; the blue caves are not visited as indicated in the brochure, only one was seen and it is not the one on the cover—disappointed is my opinion. Besides, there was a lot of swell on the way here and we all arrived seasick.

We were unlucky that the weather on the way back was bad, which caused a delay (about 45 min) and made the trip really tough (due to motion sickness and the heat because we couldn't open the doors or windows due to water coming in). The excursion itself is just average; you have to be aware that it is a long trip, especially the return, with everything that entails. The stay in Paxos is fine; it gives you time to visit it, have a drink, and visit the shops and the town. The entry into the caves is little more than symbolic, and if you don't go up top, you will possibly miss the greatest charm. Finally, the visit to Antipaxos is a bit bland; it's not bad for taking a dip, but it's little more than a swimming pool behind the boat (the one we were on didn't have a platform for jumping off, which made it even more boring). They don't let you swim to the shore, so it's not bad for cooling off, but it's not comfortable either.

A textbook tourist trap. 60€ is highway robbery for what they offer you. The departure was at 8:30 and when we had been traveling for about half an hour, the guide (very pleasant and the only thing worth saving) informed us that we had a trip of about 2 hours to Paxos. It ended up being 3, 3 HOURS OF TRAVEL!! Upon arriving in Paxos, they dropped us off for 2 hours (11:30-13:30) during the time slot with the most sun and heat, which was neither lunchtime nor anything else. From then on, they didn't let us off the boat again. We went to Antipaxos (another 20 mins) and they took us to an impressive beach; the color of the water is nothing like anything I have ever seen, truly very beautiful to see. The trap was that at that same beach, 3 boats with about 150 people each parked themselves there, and it looked like the municipal pool in my town in August because of all the people there; it lost all its charm. After that we saw the caves (5mins) and another 3 hours back to Corfu. Don't fall for this, no matter how pretty Antipaxos is, it's not worth spending so much money to be sitting on a boat for 8 hours.
We are glad that, at least, our guide was “the only thing worth saving” and that you found Antipaxos absolutely beautiful. There is, however, one small detail worth clarifying: Antipaxos unfortunately does not come with a private swimming pool reserved for each boat. In August, when the water looks like a postcard, quite a few other boats also have the same brilliant idea of going there. Suddenly, what you imagined would be a deserted paradise looks more like the Mediterranean version of a busy swimming pool. Our excursion is a shared full-day cruise, not a private yacht charter. We offer guests the opportunity to visit Paxos, Antipaxos and the Blue Caves at an affordable price while sharing the experience with other travellers. If someone is looking for complete privacy, flexible timing and a quiet bay with almost nobody around, then a private charter would certainly be the better choice. Regarding the travelling time, Corfu to Paxos is a considerable distance by boat, and the duration can vary depending on sea and navigation conditions. We completely understand that several hours of travelling may feel long for some guests, which is why we always recommend checking the total duration of the excursion before booking. And about the two hours in Gaios during the hottest part of the day… well, we can agree on one thing: the Greek sun does not negotiate. We are genuinely sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. At the same time, we are happy that you were able to enjoy the incredible beauty of Antipaxos — even if, apparently, several hundred other people had exactly the same idea that day!
