「たこ焼き」は大阪発祥の伝統料理です。 専用のたこ焼き器で焼き、つまようじで食べます。 大阪を訪れる観光客の多くはお店でたこ焼きを購入しますが、地元の人は自宅で焼くことも多いです。 家族や友人と集まって、一緒にたこ焼きを焼いて食べる楽しい時間を過ごします。 具材はタコでなくても大丈夫です! チーズやカニカマなど、お好みの具材を入れることができます。 この体験では、たこ焼きと一緒にラムネもお楽しみいただけます。 大阪が誇る「たこ焼き」を、発祥の地で一緒に作って食べる楽しさを体験していただければと思います。

Zen and Lisa are very practiced, and are great and patient teachers. They're also great for a chat while you're cooking. They take you through the process well, sharing tips and tricks to hone your technique. The memories and knowlege you take from this class will allow you to make delicious takoyaki whenever you like and that alone would be worth the price of admission. But with Zen's deep knowlege and affection for Osaka, cooking, and delicious takoyaki, it becomes an absolute must!

Masa’s venue is a lovely restaurant with all the proper tools to make for a wonderful experience. The takoyaki we made is better than anything i’ve had in the US!
Masa and Risa were wonderful and inviting. We were provided detailed directions with photos to find the classroom, so it was easy to find the location. Masa and Risa were waiting and greeted us promptly when we arrived. We got started right away and were given step-by-step instructions on how to make takoyaki. The takoyaki was delicious and plentiful. We couldn't finish them all so Masa and Risa provided take out containers to bring our yummy takoyaki back to our hotel with us. Definitely a fun group activity!
Thank you for a wonderful time! Everyone was very good at making takoyaki. Thank you for sharing your stories about eating beef bowls for breakfast that day and going to see sumo. The chef and his assistant were wonderful. We were the first time he was doing this and it was a smashing success to learn how to cook and then eat one the most popular dish of Osaka. We had the most wonderful morning spent with Zen and Risa learning the art of Takoyaki. They were both so professional in their delivery and as a vegetarian, were so accommodating.
