What an excellent experience! Rima was great. She gave me a Turkish bath and a massage. I really enjoyed the bath but the massage was sooo good!

We have done another Hammam in IST so know what to expect. This was a unorganized. Massage was rushed, kids in the pool making noise so not very relaxing. Two people (not related) getting soapy loofa scrub on the same slab - really weird. Would not recommend.

The experience was not bad, but it was not what I expected. The hammam itself was nice, but everything was rushed. From the massage to the sauna, and I was picked up in five minutes and taken to the hamam, and then it was all over. It was all rather rushed, and there were no snacks as promised, just tea and water. The place is also not very modern, more old-fashioned.

It was our first ever Turkish bath experience and we all enjoyed it very much. The service was great, the ladies who did the massages were very polite and friendly. The only criticism I would say, was that the pool was far too cold for my liking and the shower area needs abit of a touch up but overall we were happy with the service.

The spa is super well maintained, the facilities are so modern and pretty and the massages were fantastic. If i had more time in my trip i wouldve done it twice

We had a very disappointing experience at Victory Spa. Since we were visiting for the day on a cruise, we booked a package for four people and specifically requested that we all go to the hammam together after our massages. Unfortunately, two members of our group were left waiting for nearly 50 minutes (one friend was put in sauna for 40 mins), which significantly disrupted our limited time ashore. To make matters worse, although we paid extra for a 50-minute massage, each massage lasted only about 25–30 minutes. The hammam experience was also cut short to approximately 10–15 minutes, despite the package advertising a 30-minute session. We paid $90 per person and did not receive the services that were promised. The facility itself was run-down, and the level of hygiene was far below expectations. There was also no privacy, as men and women were placed together in the same areas for both the massages and the hammam, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. When we raised these concerns with the manager, he simply told us there was nothing he could do, advised us to contact Viator directly regarding any refund, and said we were free to leave whatever review we wanted. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with both the quality of the services and the way our concerns were handled. We would not recommend Victory Spa based on our experience.

Your Turkish hammam session was held in a private hammam reserved exclusively for your group. However, the sauna, steam room, and pool are shared facilities, and this information is clearly stated in the package details on our online booking platforms (including Viator). That said, the shorter massage durations, the early end to the hammam session, and the overall experience not meeting your expectations are unacceptable to us. We are reviewing these issues and implementing necessary improvements.
