Perfect experience, downtown visit with Alessia. Knowledgeable and friendly guide. Very professional, pleasant, and well-prepared on the proposed route, which truly surprised us by including a crossing with the River Ferry. 4 hours of the visit passed pleasantly and even too quickly. Even after the end of the visit, she proved to be available to help us with advice on further visits we could do on our own.

Irene our guide was fantastic she explained all the historical facts through stories to keep the kids interested and brought us to the non touristy spots for photos my kids really enjoyed her company and it was great value for money
