We enjoyed the tour - there was a lot of local and Norwegian history included and we visited a lot of the local monuments. Our guide brought her husband since it was the weekend and he was available to explain the oil industry and local food places if you were interested. Just bring your walking shoes and an umbrella.
Nicola gave an excellent intro to Oslo’s/Norway’s tumultuous history, as we walked through town, stopping at key sites. Just the right amount of info for curious minds. He was very friendly and insightful. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend doing a walking tour with a guide as it not only gives you an insight into the history of the city but where the various places of interest are located should you wish to revisit and spend more time. Could not have asked for a better guide on our tour!
Jessie from Texas was a wonderful tour guide! She gave a great overview of the city as a non-native but someone who clearly has done research and is passionate about the area and its history and culture. The walking was well-paced, and I left with a handful of solid starting points to explore the city further.
Very good tour with a good history explanation. Guide was informative and engaging. I did the walk the first morning of my visit to Oslo and felt it was a good way to get familiar with the city. Might be helpful to note the meeting point is close to the main train station and not just a tiger
We had a good time at this tour. Nicola was on time, well prepared with the little loudspeaker and seemed quite professional. The places we visited were well selected and he presented the information good! We did like that he gave us a few information about himself so we could get a feeling who is standing in front of us. It was also possible to ask a few questions.
We had a wonderful guide, Nichola, for our walking tour in Oslo. We really enjoyed his narration and he made it enjoyable in spite of the rain.
