Would not recommend using this company. They booked a different tour name with a meeting point two miles away, no refund offered.
Our tickets through Viator said 10:30am, but no one was there to meet us & when I called the tour company on the ticket, I was told the start time had moved to 12:00. Very stressful when we thought we couldn’t find our guide, but once we came back at the new time, all was okay. Our guide, Daniel was very funny and showed us the highlights of the museum very well, although the joke about St. Francis & Jesus was NOT appropriate- maybe he didn’t know that would be offensive to Christians, but I’d leave that one out next time.
Our tour guide, Adam, was the best I've ever had! He was very knowledgeable, engaging and full of energy. He made the tour memorable and fun. I cannot recommend him enough!
Fantastic tour guide- best we have had. We were able to learn and explore the louvre with a passionate tour guide who really knew his art and history!
Know where to meet. Vague details about meeting place. We had a private tour booked and couldn’t find tour guide. Unacceptable.
Viator gave lousy instructions prior to the tour. My group of 4 people ran around like crazy trying to find a pre ticket meeting place so we can then meet up with our tour guide. News alert Viator, there is no place and your directions were miserable as well. If I had not booked my second excursion with you, going for a dinner cruise, which also was a tuff place to find, I would not be booking any excursions in the future. Obviously, you people have work to do in order to regain my trust.
It was worth the price. Adam was a GREAT guide. Learnt so much. Very well structured and organized. Best for understanding the artifacts in Louvre and their history.
