Unique experience
An awesome experience, you should definitely experience it. Our guide Abdullah is a super likable man who is well-versed in Egyptian history. Absolutely reputable and not a sales tour. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience
After a very nice chat at the hotel with Mossa we booked this Buggy trip. Very good explanation given. This also came true during the Safari, beautiful drive through the desert and multiple stops to drink. The ride is very safe and is well supervised by the Alex staff. Drink tea with the Bedouins and watch the sunset with a photo session by a skilled photographer. Finally a BBQ with cold drinks.

Fantastic quad safari
It was a very nice quad excursion. The guide Abu Deif was by far the best of all the numerous excursions we have taken. We will definitely book a private tour again. We can only recommend it. Simply top!

Very disappointing experience, far from the promises made and the announced standard.
We booked a buggy excursion with Alex Safari in El Gouna for over a hundred euros. During the sale, we were promised a dream excursion, assuring us that it was the "best safari" and that their price was justified by a "high-end" service in a privileged location. None of this was respected, it is a total disappointment.
Here is what we actually experienced:
The buggy ride: While we were convinced to choose the buggy for its speed and freedom, we were forced to drive in a line behind quads the entire route. It was impossible to make the slightest deviation without being reprimanded, making the driving monotonous and frustrating.
Lack of program: No visit to a Bedouin village. We were only dropped off at a place to drink tea, nothing more.
The meal: The promised "barbecue" was nonexistent. We were served two tiny overcooked pieces of meat by a very unpleasant man behind the counter. For the rest, the rice and pasta were completely dry.
Lack of follow-up and professionalism: From the start, the delay in pickup set the tone. On the road, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the team. We were promised a solution to resolve the situation, but nothing was done. At the end of the activity, no manager came to see us to assess the situation or apologize.
We left the place feeling cheated. We are sold a dream, "high-end" and a unique experience to justify the price, but once on site, the service is nonexistent and the promises are not kept. While some staff members were friendly, the overall service is far below what is advertised. Avoid if you are looking for the promised quality.

Nous tenons à vous informer qu'aucun membre de notre équipe sur place ne nous a signalés votre mécontentement durant l'activité. C'est la raison pour laquelle aucun responsable n'est venu vers vous à la fin de l'excursion, notre direction n'étant tout simplement pas informée de la situation à ce moment-là.
Concernant la sécurité sur les pistes, elle reste notre priorité absolue, ce qui impose parfois des règles de conduite strictes. Cependant, vos remarques concernant le retard, la qualité du repas et l'accueil au buffet sont prises très au sérieux. Afin que nous puissions enquêter sérieusement et faire le point sur votre prestation, pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît nous fournir les détails de votre réservation (nom, date et heure) en message privé ? Nous voulons comprendre ce qui s'est passé et trouver un moyen de regagner votre confiance.
