Our contact from the beginning of the planning was Mr. Víctor. He was very responsive every time I contacted him with any of my concerns, since in Puerto Rico we are accustomed to a methodology in which from the moment the trip is booked we have everything related (examples: tickets, stays, and a fixed daily program for our vacations). In this case it is not the same, but at the same time it does not depend on the agency, but rather on the structure of the Top Alpaka Travel program. When hiring the VIP service, all communication was with Mr. Víctor. We were only in a group for one day — what resulted was that I could not attend one of the activities scheduled for that particular day. Since it is difficult to control the people who attend in a group (in this case, there were several agencies for the same places on the same route and guide). From this moment on, Mr. Víctor took action and assigned us an exclusive guide. Due to unexpected situations, they changed our itinerary to make our lives easier when going to Machu Picchu. NOTE: There are problems with the train that takes tourists to the place, so I recommend having a lot of patience and being prepared for any unforeseen event. Due to the situation with the train, I could not visit the Lagoon, but they gave us time to rest and take a nearby tour so as not to affect our health. 😊The hotels met my expectations (compared to hotels in Europe, they are magnificent). The trip from CUSCO to PUNO is difficult by "bus". It was an 8-hour trip and I couldn't rest at all, which caused exhaustion practically all day (nothing to do with altitude sickness). Upon arriving at the hotel in PUNO, we already had to be on the tour. But it is worth making that effort. And the same day we returned to LIMA. INTENSE!!!!!! In this case, Mr. Víctor, a good expert in tour management, decided to accommodate us in LIMA for a day of rest. It was well deserved, as well as comforting. Very valuable for getting to know the surroundings and sharing with Peru's most valuable resource: its PEOPLE. 😊The guides were excellent, punctual, and respectful, and with insurmountable knowledge. In addition to being very compassionate, since they took care of us at all times, giving us time to rest when they noticed it was necessary. 😊Very punctual transportation. Of everything experienced in this trip, I mention that CUSCO is beautiful, but you must go with people who know the place, like those hired by this agency. 😍🙌THE BEST PART OF THE TRIP WAS: THE PEOPLE, very kind. I was delighted with its people and its history. I hope this review helps you in your choice. Tip: ¡ ¡Study and establish your plan to avoid altitude sickness!!! I did it and absolutely nothing happened. I recommend the agency, but they work differently than in Puerto Rico. Very detail-oriented and structured people, we called Mr. Víctor a lot....
