Pam was our tour guide & with all her knowledge, politeness & her vibrant personality, she made our Gion Magical Night Walking Tour a special one.

Dalil was an excellent guide and the your was really fun.

The sites were great and the tour was okay. Not as engaging as other tours I’ve been part of, Karen followed the script for sure but I expect more anecdotes from someone born and raised in Kyoto. Very surface level.

Our guide Sophie was providing us excellent information about Geishas and their way of life. She took us for a lovely nightly walk through Kyoto and I know much more about this part of town than before!

Hina was a great tour guide and knew a lot of information about geisha culture which made it very interesting. We really liked this tour. It was a great experience

This was one of the first things we did in Kyoto and we loved it! Our kids are aged 10, 13, and 17 and they were engaged and also really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Natsu, was so friendly and informative. Walking the streets of Kyoto at night with all the lights and lanterns really was magical! Highly recommend!

Great way to discover Gion and surrounding areas and learn about the history of Geisha. Don’t expect to see any Geisha, but that doesn’t detract from the tour. Got to see some beautiful hidden shrines and learn about them which would have otherwise missed

Casey was an excellent tour guide, very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this tour. My only regret was booking it late after sunset, I wanted to get some sunset views

It was great to tour the area in the evening when it was less croweded and cooler. Our tour guide was very nice and was able to add her personal experience as a local growing up in Kyoto.
