Thoufeek made this daytrip a unique one to forever remember! He showed up early for my 06:30 hotel pick up time. That meant we started on time and travelled smoothly to the Munnar region. The car was in good condition and the AC worked well. We enjoyed a breakfast of hot local tea and a tasty pastry snack. The day activities were fully personalised from the car music to: waterfall, medicinal garden tour, zip lining, view point, tea factory tour, chocolate factory and glass bridge. Lunch was a great meal at Farm Yard restaurant. A lot was packed into the day, yet the pace was calm and relaxed. Thoufeek patiently navigated the evening traffic to get me back to the hotel. The process of the booking was obviously smooth. I got contacted by the agency a day prior. Mr babu reached 15min early than the scheduled time for our pickup. He doubled down not just as an awesome driver, but a knowledgeable guy who in our 12 hours of the trip tried to show us and explain most of the things that he could. I went from Kochi to Munnar and it was mind blowing!!! Leave early bc there’s so much to see. Thoufeek was beyond AMAZING, ask for him! Especially if you’re doing it solo. Besides him being knowledgeable, he’s just chill and cool. Hes clearly done this many times. He is also a power machine. Our trip lasted over 13 hrs. While we drove back, and by we I mean he drove and let me sleep. Munnar is so beautiful a MUST SEE with so many other cool stops on the way: like spice hose under a rock, petting animals and zip line. 100% would book them again! DO IT!

I highly recommend this tour, I am female solo traveller and looking for super Safe and efficient tour to Munnar from cochin. Fortunately, I found this tour from - Biju's tours. I booked it very last minute 10pm before the day of tour and tour starts  at 7am in the morning, what a blessing it was available. I had Thoufeek as my driver and tour guide, I was so Lucky to have him, he covered all attractions and experiences in Munnar as I wish and he is always willing to go beyond extra mile.
