Even though Liat isn't local and just move to the Urubamba five years ago, it was the best way to tour in the sacred valley! The tour was through the people of the valley. The kind mamasitas in the market and traditional local family up the mountains. Eat their food makes me feel like one of them. Even just for one day.

Thought I was coming for a food and history tour, but got way more than that. There's a crazy amount of food and seconds if you want, but honestly the best part is Liat. She explains so well about the connections between food & culture, and she has the warmest heart, welcoming you and saying goodbye with a big hug. Must book if you want something authentic and not touristy.
