My fiancé and I did the bamboo river rafting excursion, and overall, we had a really nice experience. Our driver, Ramone, who drove us to and from the excursion, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He shared some fun facts and information about Jamaica along the way, which made the drive even more enjoyable. The length of the excursion was reasonable, and I was happy that it wasn’t overly crowded. We had plenty of time to take pictures, relax, and truly enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. We also stopped at a small bar that played good music, and the people there were incredibly nice and welcoming. The only downside was the additional transportation fee. When we booked the excursion, transportation was included, and I provided our resort information at the time of booking. However, Omega Jamaica Tours charged us an additional $30 per person ($60 total), explaining that the extra fee was due to the location of our resort. I feel this should have been clearly stated in the excursion description or communicated to us before booking, especially since our resort information was provided in advance. Overall, we enjoyed the excursion and appreciated Ramone’s excellent service. Just be sure to confirm whether there are any additional transportation fees based on your resort location before booking.

It was good but we should make more stops at Luana

The tour guide messaged me yesterday and told me the driver would pick me up for my tour at 11am. It is now 11:41am, and after 3 calls and 2 texts trying to locate the driver, I have decided to stop waiting & continue enjoying my vacation. However, I requested a refund because I never got to go on the tour at no fault of my own. This was the only tour I booked and is my last day in Jamaica, so I'm really disappointed that I won't be able to do anything before I leave. I wouldn't book again through this company or the tour guide.

My experience with Bamboo River Rafting through Omega Jamaica Tours was absolutely wonderful. Our driver, Renardo, was fantastic from start to finish. He was very attentive, professional, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire trip. His hospitality truly stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. Our bamboo raft captain, Ricardo, was equally amazing. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the rafting experience relaxing, fun, and memorable. The scenery was beautiful, and Ricardo made sure we enjoyed every moment on the river. I highly recommend Omega Jamaica Tours to anyone visiting Jamaica. I had an awesome experience in Jamaica and at the Adventure Park. My driver Ramone was great and offered information about each town we drove through. He also suggested additional activities to tryout. It was just me but I felt safe riding with him. The gentleman at the park made the experience more enjoyable. They has good customer service, informative and made sure I felt safe during each events. The package came with a free meal. The food was delicious. I wish I could remember the names of the instructors for the Zipline. They were funny, I was scared once we got to the top but their joking helped ease the tension. I am looking forward to my next visit.
